Birthday Parties at THE ART PLACE

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STOPPING BY! WE APPRECIATE YOUR INTEREST IN HAVING A PARTY AT THE ART PLACE.

1.BASIC PARTY PACK $195

Package includes 10  kids - Each additional child is $15, up to 18 kids maximum

(Parties available for ages 3 and up)

Includes 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES of party time, a giant BIRTHDAY banner to be decorated by the kids, one main art project for the kids, 12 Birthday Cake Cupcakes (Made by GG Sugarplums), 20 balloons filled with helium (you pick the colors),  and a choice of juice boxes or bottled waters. Kids will also be able to enjoy our chalkboards and painting easels. 

(Host is responsible for any other food - must be store bought - and paper supplies)

Ages 3-4: Project includes some type of craft: ie: jewelry making, birthday crowns, sculpey projects, or a basic mixed media art project. (We can figure out a project and work through the details once you book a party)

Ages 5 and up:  Project includes crafting, robot puppets, sculpey necklaces, etc. (We can figure out a project and work through the details once you book a party) 

*Need more than 12 cupcakes? Up to 18 cupcakes would be an additional $12 OR up to 24 cupcakes would be an additional $25.

*SPECIAL NOTE and PARTY POLICIES:

- In order to give THE ART PLACE enough time to plan and prep for your party, we ask that you book no later than ONE week prior to your party date. 

- Each party requires at least two hosts to stay. Drop off is available for all other kids. 

- THE ART PLACE will help with the set up, the art projects and the clean up. Parents are responsible for any other extra party activities. PLEASE NO PINATAS.

-Due to the maximum amount of kids being 18, we ask that no extra siblings stay, unless they are 3 and older and included in the party. We want to do our best to keep the environment comfortable and fun, without filling the space to the max! Thank you for understanding. 

- Refunds are available up to 5 days prior to the party. 

However, we understand that sometimes certain situations are out of our control. Due to that, if something unexpected should arise, making you unable to continue with your party, we will work through it together to make it right.
